North Fork Associates LLC provides senior water shares of Mountain Mutual Reservoir Company for small augmentation plans within the South Platte River drainage above Denver and in the Bear Creek drainage above Denver. This includes all or portions of Park, Teller, Douglas, Jefferson, and Clear Creek Counties. Since inception, NFA has remained Colorado's foremost company for buying and selling water rights.
